Shipping

All ready-made items will be shipped flat-rate within 3-5 business days of purchase from Barcelona, Spain. A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

All items are packaged thoughtfully and carefully to reduce any risk of damages. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me directly within 2 days of delivery and include photos detailing the damage. I will file a claim with the shipping courier and will either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on my inventory.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of these products as well as the length of time and amount of care required to produce each item, I do not currently accept returns or issue exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 2 days of delivery, and I will do everything I can to make it right.
